Return & Refund Policy
1. SERVEAFRI.COM reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where SERVEAFRI.COM is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed / cancelled does not comply with the SERVEAFRI.COM policy or for any reason. SERVEAFRI.COM will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. You may also cancel your order at any time prior to receiving an order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping, as no orders can be cancelled by you after receiving a confirmation.
2. SERVEAFRI.COM reserves the absolute right to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any and all portion of our goods and services with or without prior communications. You hereby consent that SERVEAFRI.COM will under no circumstance be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of availability of good or services on the website.

SERVEAFRI.COM will always analyze requests for return received and will in appropriate circumstance make either a refund, replacement or exchange after due consultation with manufacturers of the product and facilitate the compliance with any warranty or guaranty manufacturer may have issued on such product.

6. A refund, replacement or exchange voucher will only be provided if the goods are returned in the original condition it was initially shipped, with all packaging and accessories provided by SERVEAFRI.COM
7. Refunds for returns process and credit takes 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the product, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve or reject the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card or account used for transaction. You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4 – 7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.
